All the Company’s shareholders have the right to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting, with each share entitling its holder to one vote. Notice of an Annual General Meeting is given not more than six weeks and not less than four weeks in advance, by means of advertisements in The Official Swedish Gazette and Svenska Dagbladet.
To be able to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting, a shareholder must have his, her or its name recorded in the register of shareholders not less than five days before the meeting and have informed the Company of his, her or its intention to attend and vote.
