Chairman of the Board

At its first meeting, directly after the annual general meeting, on May 15, 2008, the Board elected Leif Almstedt to serve as its Chairman. The Chairman follows the Company’s operations on an active basis, and sees to it that the other members of the Board are kept informed. The Chairman also represents the Company in matters relating to ownership.
