Election Committee |  | On November 12, 2009 Ledstiernan informed that a Election Committee for AGM 2010 has been designated. The Election committee was appointed by the largest shareholders per September 30, 2009 each nominating a representative. At the 30 November 2009 Thuban AB, published a public offer to acquire shares and warrants in Ledstiernan. As a result of Thuban purchase of shares in Ledstiernan, the company's shareholder structure has changed substantially since 30 September 2009. Against this background, a new committee is appointed.
The members of the Election Committee for Ledstiernan has appointed:

Kerstin Stenberg (Swedbank Robur Fonder)
Frederick Lövstedt (Origin AB)
Leif Almstedt, Chairman Ledstiernan
The Election Committee represents about 89 percent of the shares.
Ledstiernan’s Annual General Meeting will be held May 17, 2010 at 5 PM at the Royal Coin Cabinet in Stockholm.
