Investment Committee

Ledstiernan has an Investment Committee which is responsible for dealing with decisions to invest amounts up to SEK 1 million and for dealing with the portfolio companies on a current basis. The Committee consists of the Company’s President, Investment Managers and Finance Director, with the President as its chairman. The Committee usually meets every month and if required.
